How to Become a Volunteer

Due to recent legislation changes, moving forward all volunteers must now meet the following requirements before undertaking any volunteer roles:

Volunteer Declaration Form

Complete our Volunteer Declaration Form; Compliance with Court Orders and Student Safety Agreement: Link to Volunteer Declaration Form.

Hold a valid Volunteer Blue Card

If you do not hold a valid QLD Working with Children Blue Card yet, it is free to apply. Follow the link below and pease take note of your Application No. as you will need this for the next step: Link to Apply Online.

Blue Card Information Form

Complete our Volunteer Blue Card Info Form, so we can link your Blue Card to our school/P&C Blue Card Services portal: Link to Blue Card Info Form.

Blue Card Number

Once we have received all three completed steps, we will link your application to our P&C Blue Card Portal. Once linked, Blue Card Services will process your application and email you instructions on how to complete your application.

When you receive your Blue Card number, please forward it to us at pandc@broadbeachss.eq.edu.au so we can update our records and finalise your volunteer registration.
