2027 PREPS, NEW FAMILIES & BACK TO SCHOOL ORDERING

For all families wanting to purchase uniforms before term one begins, we have the following options available:

Make a booking : Visit our Uniform Shop on Wednesday 20 January, Thursday 21 January, or Friday 23 January - click here to book. Your booking time is the time frame we aim to start serving you.
‘Walk-In’- set times only : Available during set times/days only on January, Thursday 21 January, or Friday 23 January - Please come prepared for extended wait times outdoors.
‘Click & Collect’: Only available if you pre-order your uniforms on Flexischools before 4pm Tuesday 19 January. Follow these steps to pre-order:

Click the ‘Uniform Shop’ section
Choose an order date of either Monday 18 January, or Tuesday 19 January - This is NOT your collection date
Book a ‘’Click & Collect’ spot on Wednesday 20 January, Thursday 21 January, or Friday 23 January - This is the day you can collect your order

Important Flexischools Note:

Existing families do not need to update class information from 2026 yet.
New families to BSS must select ‘New Starter’ as year level and ‘2027 Uniform Pre Order’ as class option.

8:30am-11:45am: Bookings & Click & Collects only
12:30pm-2:00pm: Walk-ins & Click & Collects only

Friday 22 January

8:30am-11:45am: Walk-ins & Collections only
12:30pm-1:15pm: Bookings & Click & Collects only

EXCHANGES & REFUNDS

The following conditions must be met for any exchange or refund for standard stock items: the tags must be attached the item is unworn and unwashed (only used for the purpose of trying on for size) proof of purchase is available at time the exchange/refund is requested Please note conditions for exchanges and refunds vary for all clearance items and custom orders. Our refunds and exchanges policy can be found on our P&C website .
